Just a small question + rep

Just wondered, ive got all these programs/files which i use on a regular basis. Now as you can see i have these application files, just wondering if i delete them will i still be able to use the program? I do not open the programs from this location (Miscellaneous files) so i assume it is ok? Just want to check haha.

Also i have old patches which i hope i can delete right?

Yeah, you can delete that stuff you have in your miscelaneous folder.
