A press released today and it says that The Sims 3 will be released 20th February 2009 In 6 months which isn't that long really as we normally have to wait 6 months for a new expansion

There's also going to be a "The Sims 3 Collector's Edition" that will include:


The Sims 3 Game for PC
The Sims Plumbob USB Drive with matching Green Carabiner
Exclusive In-Game Italian-Style Sports Car
Tips and hints guide
The Sims 3 Plumbob Stickers

I don't know what to think about the release date, it's early, so it would seem as if they're able to estimate it better, but then it won't probably be released until this time next year as they delayed the Sims 2 that long.

Appartment Life is out 29th August in the UK but if you pre-order it from game.net it usually arrives a day early (I recieved Bon Voyage and FreeTime a day early)

Jesus... this is making me even more confused. I seriously don't want to spend other money on TS3... but the USB plumbob drives me crazy. :D

That looks sooo cool! The new Create A Sim looks very useful too. You can choose the skin how dark or how light the skin tones are, rather than have to select some. Useful :D

I personally think the sims 2 will always be the best. The Sims 3 looks too cartoonish.

And it'd be alot better for the movie makers, because they all have interweaving personalities and storylines that change to do with what your sims doing its amazing,
