Permissions for new groups in the Arcade are always set to Can view but not play by default.

Should be sorted for you now though.

It was never meant to explain that, it was meant to explain why he couldn't use the arcade....

I will have to see about why he can't change VIP colours, nobody else has that problem as far as i'm aware :S

Nope its just me who cant lol.

I've reset your membership and tested it on my test account.

Make sure your going to Group Memberships and are scrolling to the bottom of the page where it will say "You may choose to be identified as a member of the following groups"
