There is no score-time relationship.
The time shown on the high scores list is the time it took for the person the last time they played, which isnt always when they scored the high score.

its not a cheat at all, your not changing the way the game is normally played, your just predicting where its going to move. also you wont allways get it like that, somtimes they move to different places and can be un-predicted.
And also whats to stop him from figuring out the 6 move step, we dont know that he looked up a video
