Callie became HM 22nd/23rd November 2004.

Callie resigned/fired 10th May 2006, and I think around the 20th May Lost_Witness became temporary HM. It was later announced that he was to become permanent HM.

Yes. He served as a hobba for quite a long time prior to the program ending.

Yeah it was only a matter of days after Callie left that he became temporary HM, so yes 2006. There must be thousands of trophies around the hotel when LW celebrated one year as HM. So maybe someone that has one of them trophies can confirm exact date.
