My like top bar is weird and I don#t know whats up with it it been like it for 2 days now, the pm bar is missing and when i looked at cp i had a message and it appeared to be in the user notifications box.

If you want to change it back go to: User CP > Edit options, then scroll down and press no when you see an user notifications option. The way you have it now, if you get a PM it will show there but if you don't have one it stays empty.
