Role: Sales Representative
Requirements:

This is a remote position
Multiple shifts available (Day Time Preferable)
Knowledge of Internet related software (email, FTP, etc) a must!
Understanding of the concepts that make the Internet work (DNS, backbones, TCP/IP, protocols, etc.)
Thorough knowledge and experience on evaluating problems by using traceroutes, DNS lookups, host lookups, WHOIS, etc., as the majority of problems are related to "connection" problems.
Excellent written communication skills in English is a must
Fast keyboard typer
Must have *excellent* problem solving skills
Ability to easily retain information, as the amount of information to learn is quite extensive
Need to be proactive, a fast learner and must enjoy working on a dynamic environment
Excellent 'People Person' skills
Patience (a must) and willingness to help customers is mandatory
You will be thoroughly tested
You must NOT simultaneously work for another company


Responsibilities:

Handle sales & customer service inquiries
Handle sales to prospective customers
Be generally active on several forums to advertise
Provide upgrade and additional costs to current clients
Plus much much more!


Wage: 25% Comission Based - + Bonuses!
