Unable to log in[help please]

I have been unable to get on habbo for at least a hour or 2, it load up to habbo view, and then goes opps error 12, i have restalled shiockwave, delete my cookies, and much more, i have done everythink, can anyone help me please, thank you

This happened to me and a lot of other people. First I changed the account I used - this worked but I wanted to use my original Windows Account so:

I deleted shockwave then re-installed.

I done what you said, unstall it and restall it, and it doesnt work it come up with this

this application requires an xtra(text) that either does not exist or failed to initialize properly. please make sure tyhe appropriate xtra are in the xtra floder(s).

That happened to me, so I restarted the computer and it worked for me. Lol. :)

This also happened to me, what I done was uninstalled shockwave, I went to custom uninstallation and delete everything related to shockwave and then reinstalled it and it seemed to work.

Btw, when you delete shockwave, well when I do if I have to, I normally search for 'shockwave' on my pc then just delete the majority of that which comes up, that way nothing old conflicts with the new shockwave you download. Otherwise I just wasn't getting results by re-installing it...

dude that doesn't effect it.. shockwave is browser independant..
