Im new to paypal and stuff and i have a few questions since i intend on selling my habbo thrones *broke da habo wai*

1. Do you need to be verified if you want to buy clothes from a site such as TopMan?
2. Can you stop people claiming back there cash, i hear alot of people do it.
3. Do you have to use your real life details such as address and phone number in your paypal account to buy stuff online?

Seriously i would reccommend using MoneyBookers, paypal in fact is terrible just widely used.

The bad things with paypal is that you can charge back with it and they charge CONSIDERABLY more, also paypal would take some cash out your payment (Say if someone send you £10 you would only recieve about 9.50) with MB there is no money taken from the seller but from the person who sends you the cash

Hope this helped

And yes you need to be verified to withdraw stuff into your bank account etc and getting verified with paypal can take weeks

Only thing with MoneyBookers is that I don't know any decent websites that accpet MoneyBookers as a payment method

You do not need to be verified.. as long as you have money in your paypal account (verification normally occurs when linking it your debit/credit or bank account)

You cannot stop people claiming back their cash... unless you of course have proof that the person claiming new what they were buying and that it was them... so i suggest you get them to agree to some kind of agreement which you get them to print sign, scan and send to you

to Paypals T&C you do hvae to fill in your information and on the chance that the site your buying from uses your paypal address for delivery might be wise to have the real thing

I see. Is there a limit on how many days a user has before they can claim back their cash?

Also, does anyone know any clothing websites that accept unverified paypal -.-

You'll find that anywhere that accepts paypal normally accepts unverified... its only in very few cases.. normally that of a few ebay sellers from other countries that they ask it be verified.

I think a month is the maximum amount of time a user has to claim cash back after a purchase... but it has to be for reasons such as .. you didn't buy it and it was therefore an an unauthorized purchase, the seller didn't send the item / it didn't arrive and you can't get in contact with the seller

but normally when buying from a shop rather then a place like ebay most of thoose can't be used.. or don't happen

Every clothes shop I tried has asked for verified paypal :(

Is there anyway you can dispute against a claim back?
