- He introduced anti-domestic violence laws in the US
- He is a contributor to a domestic violence helpline
- He supports student finance help
- He advocates a group where disadvantage kids can be trained in technology
- He supported the War in Iraq
- He was up for Presidential Candidate twice

He sounds like a strong VP, but the fact he's been turned down twice for running for President and is quite old might break it for him.
I don't know, also, if him and Obama will clash over the Iraq war - I understand Obama wants to pull out.

Was always the strongest Candidate and Fox News had an Analysist on who said it was going to be Joe Biden, even though he was the only Candidate who was yet to back Senator Obama!
