iPod remote?

How do you add a library? I've gone onto the app on the iPod, clicked "Add Library" and it gives me a passcode... The iPod is plugged in and iTunes is open but nothing pops up about the remote :S?

Can anyone help, please, thanks!

Edit: Nevermind got it, Didn't have WiFi on lol!
