They look abit.. womanly. And tbh, plimsols are plimsols. I payed £30 for a pair in river island when they were first coming out and they were completely ruined in 2 weeks. I bought some black ones from Primark and they've lasted me over 3 months.

they're not 'real' keds is just a make that does plimsol and other slip on styled shoes - mainly womens.

but the real keds look odd on boys i think, boys look better in just cheaper, more flimsy plimsoles.
