Everytime we drive away we always realise that we should have a pepsi or sometimes it happens when we're at home. I bet you all keep it for yourselves and have a giggle about it! in the kfc i work, if u ring in and tell them what you ordered and what they forgot, you get your whole meal replaced with complementary rolo icecream.
No receipt needed.

Once these people rang beause they didn't get the cooling sauce with the hotrods, and got a full hotrod bucket and icecream for free

Most buckets, We usually order the big family bucket that has the crappy rolo ice cream with it and like 16 pieces of chicken or w/e but even though the Pepsi is part of the meal they always forget to give it to us!
