Needing antivirus

Well, my norton 360 ran out today and forgot to renew or whatever. But im not gonna renew it for £60. Thats extortion! i got it for £30 anyway so 60 is ridiuculous.

I want the same sort of features as 360.. Its like a suite so firewall, antivirus, antispam etc. Could you give me the best 3 or something for free and ones that you buy. Ive had a search but im still not sure.

Yeah, ESET Smart Security will do the job. It's the fastest AV and what seems to be the most effective too.

lol forgot about this thread. i downloaded AVG as that was the only one i really new how to work and it seems to be fine. notifying me and stuff and i dont mind about it being a resource hog.

As for the paid ones, when i get paid in a week or two, ill ahve a serious look at ESET and possibly kaspersky and the other top reviewed ones. btw is kaspersky good.
