Numbness in my Fingers

I woke up yesterday and then felt that my right hand that my index finger, middle finger, and thumb are numb. Well you know that feeling when your foot falls alseep? Well imagine that but on the places I mentioned above. Now I figured I just simply slept on it, I still feel it today. I'm kinda scared and read about some Carpal Tunnel Syndrome online and I'm kinda getting paranoid about it. hould I wait a few more days or something? :(

i get this in my toes sometimes and my fingers

maybe the blood circulation isnt good, it only happens when im cold though

Or maybe your room was really cold or soemthing, fingers get numb when they're really cold.
