You may as well just post the add or remove programs list tbh... hardly anyone customizes there start menus to such a degree that people want to know about it. Feel free to prove me wrong though :)

I've never edited my start menu since Windows 95.

I don't use my start menu to launch programs, I have a dock for that so I just have these 3 folders which I use occasionally but are somewhere I can't be bothered to navigate to myself.

It's mainly in alphabetical order, and new stuff is at the end. So used to it i know the approximate location of the common things i use anyway.
