Britain in grip of worst economic crisis for 60 years, admits Alistair Darling!
Alistair Darling admits that the UK is in an economical crisis!
I think possilbe reasons could be...
INFLATION: Oil prices,Food & Drink prices,Interest rates and mortgages are rising! This means consumers have less money to spend on there pleasures like shopping,holidays meaning that the retail industry is losing out which is causing recession because they are going into negative growth?
DEFLATION: House prices are decreasing!
RECESSION: I think recession is occuring because of inflation so this means consumers are spending less which leads onto the flow of Goods & Services (GDP) in the UK going into negative growth, which shows me that our economy is not rising but falling!
What do you guess think of our economy and the crisis?
