Hey, I'm opening a habbo fansite, the name isnt yet decided, but yeh, i need a VB. I would love for somebody to give me one to upload to my server. You would be forum manager and have complete control

Just start of with PHBB or SMF or IPB Free.

Its very rare people give VB's for other people.
Just a little tip, never pay for a license thats not directly from VB its self. Trust me, i know tons of people who have been scammed, and who are scammers.

Its a difficult situation to be in and I will say that it is very unlikely you will be able to find one from someone else.

For me you have two viable options:

1. Get yourself a job or some sort of income, then purchase it from vbulletin directly

2. Use a MyBB or some other sort of free forum and then once you have built up a bit of a fanbase you may be able to attract someone holding a vbulletin to let you use it on your site. :)
