Why do i have stars when im VIP+ ? .. (Bronze stars) Sliver ones are my avatar lol.

Because you have chosen to have no colour + no VIP 'pip'/userbar

So it shows your stars, And you just got perms so your stars have been reset and will keep changing until it reachs whatever stars your supposed to be :)

That'll be because your display usergroup is normal member and the userpip for normal member is the stars. It isn't just mix and match ;)
