Need a brand new layout, im willing to pay atleast 10 quid.
I want the following.

6 colour changers.
Drop down menu
Advertisement box
Clouds featured in most of the layout.
Radio player & radio stats box

Colours:
Sky Blue
Lime Green
Light Pink
Orang
Light Red
Golden Yellow

I would also like it coded as well, if not, don't worry.
Please reply.

Also when you change the colour, the banner changes into that colour as well.
