Thx for looking.

Basiclly, I changed my p/w Friday as I got disconnected a few times that week and was getting a bit curious as of what was going on.

To be on the safe side, i changed it. i then forgot the number combination, and reset it. at the time i couldnt log in.

it was sent at 3pm friday, i requested it again at about 8pm, and again at about 10-11pm.

at that time i logged off as waiting was just tiring me out, at the weekend, i also sent it a couple of times..it got to Monday and i was getting a bit worried.

i emailed sulake, and used the habbo help tool to say i may not have typed it in case sensitive, which didnt get to me either.

i also then used the habbo help tool to say i couldnt check in, alot of people thought it was weird i still had no email and it had been days.

its now tuesday, and i have recieved nothing. in the meantime ive paged hobbas, all i got from them is a threaten of ban for asking, and everyone saying to wait.

ive now PHONED sulake themselves and left a message on the answering machine..it's now Tuesday at 6pm and im getting REAL concerned..i remember using the habbo help tool before to reset p/w and the email came instant.

i have checked email controls, spam folder etc, checked inbox and NO success.

theres no suggestion of keylogging, as my sister & brother can access there accounts with no problem (they have furni) so they would of took theres too.

my casinos still there, and the account haesnt been logged in since friday, and it doesnt give me any thought of me been hacked/keylogged.

it does say about AOL rejecting there response, however ive had no experience of this and the past email has got to me instant with no probs.

any suggestons what to do now?? times knocking on, and like i said, more time = more worries..

Go on a clone, and call for a moderator in your room?
They may be able to help if you wait patiently for one, and then explain your situation.

Sorry dude, You've tried EVERY possible way i no :'( It's only a matter of waiting now :( i wish you luck getting your pw back

i hope so too, i will do, but it might take time..

ive tried getting mods, but its not a general emergancy like others supposedly according to hobbas.

ive called for alot of mods, i think about 25 times now over the last 4 days, but no luck at all, all i get is 'www.habbohotel.co.uk/en/help' :(

You have to be way more persistent. Yesterday when I wanted to speak to a moderator, a must've called 30 times. Finally one came. ..It takes alot of sitting in your room, but they'll come sooner or later. Once you get them there, you have to explain the Help Tool is not working in sending your password, and that you need them to look into this issue.

reset ur pass again? then thry'll send u a new one for u to use? or ask them to email ur pass to u? the habbo help tool makes no sense to me

thats ok been persistent, but at the same time it means banning me..

they said a mod/hobba can do nothing at all, but i disagree. mods can put a word in that the emails iam not recieving, hopefully ill get a mod soon..any ideas on what i can say in the call for help? ill do it l8r, at a less busier time..the one i use gets ++ rep points

I do believe mods can. Thats how er, msg got passwords, because they changed the email. Then got it sent to there email.

Just make a clone you're not scared of getting banned, if that's what your worried about?

..You can put in the message: "I wish to speak to a moderator in my room regarding the pass on my other account" or something along those lines. If you want, you can say.. "I need to talk to a moderator in my room" and don't be scared to call more then once.

Here's how to get your account back without the help aid of habbo.

Step 1 Go check the email inbox of the email linked to your habbo (before it was hacked) You should have been sent an email from habbo if the 'hacker' changed it to something else, go to (b. If you haven't then go to (a.

a) Your habbo email wasn't changed which means you can use the habbo help tool to reset your password.

b) You reset your email back to it's original one (via your email inbox). You then use the habbo help tool to request a brand new password (they advise you to change it straight away)

Andy, I do not think you can get permanetly banned for sending too many calls for help, and if you could, I already would be.

This Happened To 3 Of My Accounts And I Think Its Unfair That Habbo/Sulake Arent Doing Anything About It! The Only Thing I Can Say It Try Everything That Yoo can Think Of For Your Password Or Make A new Account Up And Rebuild Your Fortune.

(I'm no longer worried about getting banned, but that will never happen). :p

Happened to my friend, her mom called because she spent so much money on habbo and they gave her, her habbo back, maybe you should try it :D
