I downloaded Googles new Chrome browser earlier.
It's ok, not to my liking though.
It also includes a spellcheck when you type, as demonstrated in the screenshots ;)

It looks alright but I'm not going to bother downloading it. I'm fine with Firefox.

Yeah firefox has a spelling thing, you have to enable it? Although Apple has put it on the full system of OSX so i don't really need it. Hopefully it won't be long for the mac version so I can test it out myself :)

Firefox 2+3 has a spelling checker, and i never had to enable it, but i prefer this spell checker, it actually recognises Colour and doesn't make me spell it American-style

Try installing the English dictionary, not the American.

I have tried the browser. Whilst it's nothing amazing yet, I am sure it will improve over time.
However check this out:

What does that mean? That they log everything we do? ^
Does anyone know if it will get some addons like with firefox?
Personally, I love this new browser, but I really think there should be an option to make your homepage be the page that opens when you open a new tab. Also, I think there should be a few add-ons :)

They are working on an API.
Also since people are very frustrated about the services and terms I mentioned earlier, Google will be altering it (or removing that part). Apparently it's because they use the same TC from many other services.

That's already the default homepage?

Seems a bit pointless of Google to release a browser :/ Surely Firefox, IE, Safari and Opera are enough?

Try it and see. It is very fast at loading/rendering web pages and it also has some nice features as standard.

No features I haven't seen before, though. And at least I can see my startbar when I'm maximized with Firefox.
