seriously, i don't feel tired until 1-oclock ish, if I go to bed earlier i'll just lie there awake trying to get to sleep.
then in the morning i rarely get up on time, it's really annoying as I physically need someone else to wake me up or I sleep for ages, which does nothing for deadlines etc..
anyway I can 'fix' my sleeping pattern?

Tire yourself out. Reading or watching a really crap film might help 'cause they take brain power (forcing yourself to keep watching in the case of the film :P)

go out and have a realy exausting day like tire yourself out, come home lay in your bed with a movie and ZZzzzZZZZzzzzz
and if that doesnt work take some Nyquel PM
mine always gets messed up during the summer too, so what I do to fix it is pull an all nighter than go to sleep at like 7 pm the next day than youll wake up earliar and fall asleep earliar.

I've tried that, Doesn't work for me. I just deal with my sleeping pattern, I've been to work after an all nighter and slept when I got home :D

You should try staying awake for two days, then go to bed around 6pm, and if you wake up in the night don't get up just go to sleep, remember doing this will fix your sleeping pattern ultimately, it'll put you in a regime if you use the 6pm time to go to bed from waking up at 6am, after the first 2 nights you'll gradually go to bed around 8pm, then 10pm, you cannot go past 11pm as it'll re-start all over again, good luck.

Same with me, best thing to do is stay up a night and goto sleep at a reasonable time, then follow the pattern.
