It's their choice if they work for free or not.
Professional hosting companies actually do pay quite a bit for jobs like these so I can see why people may think this site might aswell.

I love tht website but i apply and filed :(

when they opened, i knew Alex and Josh, and I asked them if I could work for them.
They said i could be their marketing manager. I was like "do you have other jobs", and they said "not at moment".

I was like, it's a quite good job, so i'll take it..
They never gave me anything to do :P

But it's a good site to work on now, since they have many active customers :D

i would apply but i dont see why i should work my behind off coding for some guy to make all the money..
