If you hadn't noticed it isn't us who is to win big brother, its big brother who chooses to win the show, and here's how...
Well, for those who do not watch big brother live, will watch Big brother late night catch up show, assuming you also read news posts of various housemates in newspapers (whats pathetic and annoying tbh) you would be given the view of the housemate from what your shown, the show you watch is edited in a way to portray individual housemates in different ways.
take lisa for instance, she wasn't put in much of the highlights of the shows once mario had been evicted, then she was proposed to and was a possible winner, and theres the kat case, people had loved her until big brother just portrayed her boring and upset times, then theres mikey, not many people liked him in the middle/first starts of the show from who he was and now hes portrayed as a winner :S
now if you watched the live show you would witness what a **** he really is, and then there is rex, he was edited as a great guy, then when nicole come they showed just his worst bits with his gf, then there was darnell, he had his great moments and now there showing his bad moments :S
if you don't watch big brother live, please do not vote thats why I dont.
People who watch big brother live as much as they can and alot will also agree with me.

I watch both live streaming and the highlights show, and there aren't too many differences between whats shown and what actually happens. Sure they pick the most exciting bits which may not be representative of how the housemate has been all day but you have to remember they have to show the most interesting bits or nobody would watch. Its pretty evident from the main show how they behave, you say mikey is shown as a 'winner' but to me he's shown on the main show as pretty arrogant and annoying! In the end, no matter what people are shown they end up with a different opinion on someone so in the end unless they rig the actual votes then the public do choose who wins.

It's edited together to make situations appear differently to what they actually are. I can't understand why people would be sad enough to firstly watch other peoples lives, and secondly, see people exploited.
Series 1 was a genuine psychological experiment. Now it's an exploitation, and I'm glad its sunk in the ratings.

I sometimes watch live feed and there is a small difference but I mainly noticed it at the start of the show when there were more people cos they have to condense 24 hours into 45 minutes so they're gonna pick all the good bits and edit it to make it more interesting so they'll show less of the dull people (like Maysoon). But now near the end there are less people so they can show more of each housemate.

Erm.. tbh, that's the way of life. They will show the most entertaining stuff. Simple..
With the racism thing last year, I wouldn't be surprised if Mikey wins so that they portray BB as some ''happy happy house''

They just twist everyones actions to portray them differently.
What the did not show you last time with the race row was Jade constantly apologizing to Shilpa and both of them being friendly. They blanked it out

I still fail to see how this is fixed, They can't show everything in 1 hour so they have to show the interesting things not boring things.

How is that a fix? You have a choice to watch E4 which streams BB like majority of the day.
They show you the most entertaining sections for the Channel 4 show because otherwise if they showed the housemates in bed and talking about **** you wouldnt watch it.
Darnell is a horriable little **** and so was Kat, thats not BB making them look like it, its themselves.

You lot are obviously not so intellectually trained to understand tv these days :S I would prefer you not to post posting your opinion as its a load of ****.

Its not a fix at all. If you dont like someone, its your opinion, I for one loved Kat, no-one seemed to like her. It is edited, correct, would you like a blue peter badge? If your trying to fit 24 hours into 45 minutes, your not going to show 30 minutes of them sleeping, 10 mins of them smoking and the last 5 minutes of rachel discussing chickpeas are you? Its a HIGHLIGHTS show. HIGHLIGHTS meaning the best parts of the previous day.
If you dont like the way someone is portrayed its because they were genuinely being a ***** or whatever. Rex turned horrible when Nicole stayed. Rachel said that, is rachel watching the 'edited' version of it?

you dont have to be intellectually trained to understand TV.
they will show the highlights (the best bits) because if they didn't you would not want to watch the show because it would be full of them doing boring ****.
& in all honesty I think BB actually show you as much as possiable, there is live streaming on E4 and if they do still diary room uncut I don;t know but they used too.
BB dosn't make Darnell look like a sympathy wanting bully, fact is he just is.
lmao,
you'd seriously have to be a proper loser to watch the live stream
its crap
i only watch it in the evenings

I do not, I'm relating to those who do to understand the concept as read upon on the channel4 forum.

Actually, I was reading the Daily Star a few days ago and it showed a picture of Davina McCall and Rex's dad having dinner together! Apparently they are good friends well before the show actually started...
So if Rex wins im using that excuse ha!
