Hes a good seller brought form him before
Also if you want somit better (as you have a 600 price limit)

I would go for the first one, that way you have some more cash for a extra hardrive or a better screen.
Dosen't come with OS but im sure you can "aquire" XP

I just posted a computer thats under 600 and has all his specs, he buys parts on ebay for peanuts then builds the computer and sells it, also what case is it? you dont need a tremendosly expensive one.... although i have a £70 case, i like it but there is one for £25-40 with has 4 fans in, and you can add more on scan.co.uk

The cheapest way would be to buy the parts yourself and build it yourself or get a friend to build it for you.

Build it your self all the way, You will have almost the same PC as I built a 8 months ago, and its awesome. You should be able to save at least £100 by building it your self.

Erm...buying parts from eBay is a bad idea.

Erm...buying parts from eBay is a bad idea.
Exactly what he said. plus why would he want to pay someone money to buy parts of ebay and built it when he can do it for himself and buy parts from a reputable company.
