Can they because when i got account off friend he had no revoeries on it EVER, so when i set some they were accepted automatically without the 14 day wait or whatever can he still recover without the recoverie questions/answers. ill give rep for answers.

previous passwords is not a recovery question thats like if they change the recovery questions as well then you give them lots of previous passwords

Yes.. in the box for more information where you can type he can just put 'these are my previous recoveries' then get the account back. :P

All you really need to know is what IP the account was made on, where that IP is located and if there have been any mayjor IP changes when using the account.

yes but as i said when i put the recovery's on, that was the first time recoveries had been set.

Yeh they can just provide other information like thier ip...previous pass words...previous pins etc...
