It seems that 6 months- 1 year ago, many rares were much higher than they are now. ex. Study was 5-6 hc, blue amber was 2 hc, nordic was 2 hc, holoboy was much more (I think around 7 hc at one point :S) hologirl was 5 hc, red amber was 3-3.5, paras were obviously a lot higher....

I realize many rares have been re-released and that has decreased their value, but what ever happened to the other rares like the study?

However, i've been seeing many of the once-expensive rares increasing once again... are people starting to finally want the more "decorational" rares a bit more now than they have in the past few months?

The hologirl's gone up, nellys and birdbaths are on the rise, samovars are going up a bit...

It seems that some rares are going back up :o This could be due to how popular they are used in rooms For example, the Petal Patch, many rare casino's have them, and people want a floor to make there room look good. Also I think people ask for more furni for there rares. Althought it can be a small piece of furni, this can maybe make the value increase.

Joeyk. just sit down and think about things.
Its funny how one can make assumptions
and then when another tells him his mistake
he recognises it staright away.

Its the popularity, eg - Seating furni is more
popular than other because you need it.
Thats why the throne is so high and the hologirl
and samavar are lower.

Study has gone down, because more people
are becoming habbo club = more study's
which decreases the value. Its also about
populatity.

Throne is so high not because there arnt many
(there are quite a large number around) its because
they are a seating furni.

Other released rares have been released more than
once - this affects the value greatly.

If you think about it, every rare has its turn
of being popular and unpopular. Seasonal's are
good to collect - when they are out collect lots,
they will soon go up in price.

Yes, i knew this already Doc. I'm merely commenting that nearly every rare has gone down steadily, and now they finally seem to be rising again.
