depressing school

ok so im a sophmore this year(2nd year of highschool) and freshmen year was a blast, i had lunch period with my friends and had awesome nice teachers. but this year its different. i got pretty not so nice teachers and i got 5th period while my friends got 4th and 6th and school is now depressing as hell for me(usually not) and im bad at making friends so its a pain. but im going to try to ask my counselor to switch my lunch periods but it might not happen. does anyone have trouble with school? i also get a ****load of homework which is well annoying. :( i feel like i am the only one thats got it bad.

Make friends?

Seriously, if you don't make friends, you'll end up dying a very lonely guy.
I'm in 3rd year and I don't speak to anyone from my old school anymore, now I've got tons of friends.

People usually come to you if they want to make friends, so my advice is to just wait it out.

i mean honestly i think i am a pretty nice guy but sometimes i am scared of people lol or they may be scared of me. i wish i had 4th or 6th lunch, i have friends in those lunch periods.

find people in your classes that have the same interests as you.
like if you play a sport, and you see someone else does too, start a conversation with them about sports. you get it?
and for lunch, just go to a table that looks like people youd like and ask if oyu could sit there.

ill probably try that but sometimes it is harder to do than to say but thanks for your tip :)

np, ive done it in a couple classes before when i get stuck in an elective with all upper classmen freshman year. lol.

All the people in my year know me so if all my mates are playing football or are doing something which I don't wanna do or if they generally just aren't around, I just go over to any other guys in my year I can find lmao

Make friends with any people and you will never be alone ;)

I usually make first friends sitting next to someone, on a bus, in class, or somewhere else.
