URGENT IPOD VIDEO HELP

So I've got an old version of the iPod Video, the one just before the classic came out, and I was downloading films lalalala when I realise that I'm not with the latest firmware, I try and update but it won't freakin' work ''Cannot connect to the iTunes server, please check your internet connection.'' When I can actually connect fluidly to the iTunes store :S

Has anyone got a direct download/ save thing of the latest iPod Video firmware thing or something, I only have half an hour to get these things on it before I go tommorow.
