3-1 England. I like to be optimitic. I think they'll win they have something to prove and I think Capello knows what he's doing. He watched them closely in Euro 2008 and will hopefully come up with some tactical genius to take these bloody Croats down.

Should be 4-0. There was no reason Lamprad's goal wasn't a goal, Heskey hardly touched the guy.

The Croatian's goal was a high boot and a definite free kick. Ref clearly thought otherwise :l

5th in world and 1-4 win on what was their unbeaten ground is a v good results.

I treat that as a lie every time from the english Im sorry :) The footballing support as a whole is too up their own **** to be anything other than serious with comments like that.

Well Croatia are 5th in the FIFA world rankings (which are a load of rubbish) but still. They also had not lost a competitive international in Zagreb and England battered them last night.

Tremendous performance by all the players, especially Walcott and Rooney who I thought were immense. But lets not get carried away, we're far from world beaters but we must surely build on this.
