View Full Version : When I went to bed. - :(

I was all happy to have a nice sleep so I'm ready for a new day. I got into my bed and was like *yawn*, lie down.. And then it happened!!!!! :O

I felt a tingling feeling at the side of me and knew something was wrong. At first I thought it was something that I had just left on the bed, but I was wrong, I went to pick it up but when I got close to it it moved further up towards my pillow, something was very wrong indeed.

I jumped from my bed in fright and saw a huge spider crawl under my pillow. :(

I don't think I can sleep in my bed again, because for the first time in my life... I almost slept with a spider. :(:(:(:(:(

Trust me it scared the crap out of me and it was one of those real fast spiders

In your lifetime, you consume roughly 8 spiders during the night - so don't worry - they've heard this and are off to commit suicide, not to kill you.

Try having like 10 moths in your room and waking up at 3 am hearing "Fft Fft Fft Fft Fft Fft Fft Fft Fft Fft Fft" as they fly around without any idea what is making that noise

You would feel more from a mouse bite than a spider bite.

Stephen08
12-09-2008, 12:13 AM
Do spiders even bite I swear they just run away if a human gets near

also I'm sleeping downstairs again tonight, I had the best sleep yesterday when I slept down here so I'm doing it again lol :D

I actually just slept for like an hour and woke up and popped back on quickly, what I mean by best sleeps is long nights as in keep waking up so the night goes real slow

wooo and I'm gonna pig out and raid the fridge before I sleep. I love nights like these! :)

BlueEyedSarah
13-09-2008, 09:03 PM
Yes spiders do bite and I think they also put venum into us like they do with their prey but we do not feel the bite or affected by the venum since we are much bigger than the spider is. Of course the bigger the spider the more we feel if it bites us.

I have always wondered that. Like when a human falls from a high distance we seriously injure ourselves or die, but if a small insecct or creature like a spider falls from a comparatively high distance do they die? I wonder...:P

Gravity has more effect on humans or animals but with insects gravity does not have such an effect on them as it does to us and animals, I also think something with insect bone structure and brain has something to do with why they do not get hurt when they fall from such high distance like a window.

british spiders are the most deadly spiders in the world, but because they cant peirce our skin they cant harm us, yes they do bite but their teeth arent strong enough.

camel spiders are turantulas.

That is a hilarious statement. You've not only contradicted yourself, but you're also utterly incorrect. That's like saying the crane fly is the world's deadliest insect because it contains the deadliest poison known to man, when in fact it has no teeth, thus it is not the deadliest insect in the world.

That isn't true at all. British spiders aren't the most deadly, they are far from it - I don't know where you've gotten that from - None of them are poisonous and none of them can do any real harm. It's only recently that Spiders have started coming in from abroad because of our climate steadily getting warmer. They are poisonous and can do quite a lot of damage although they are still quite uncommon.
