How can i recover my lost files which are not in the bin :rolleyes:

system restore might not 100% sure, however there are data recovery programs you can get but not sure if they can receive things from the bin or if it's just USB pen's etc.

I just got "recover my files" and it seems to be scanning so far.

I so hate vista, stupid thing lets yoou bin all your desktop stuff :@

Get Tune Up Utilities 2008, it includes a tool called Tune Up Undelete which should work for you. It's not great for music or video though.

I used a program called undeleteplus which seemed to work reasonably well for me but there's probably better ones out there.
