Well this isn’t creepy at all. Making matters worse…there doesn't seem to be any way to prevent it from doing this.

If you've got an iPhone, pretty much everything you have done on your handset has been temporarily stored as a screenshot that hackers or forensics experts could eventually recover, according to a renowned iPhone hacker who exposed the security flaw in a webcast Thursday.

That is kinda bad if you use your iPhone for logging into banking websites, PayPal and any other passwords you may use.

No. It takes screenshots to provide the 'going back to the home screen' zooming animation. These screenshots are deleted but there are ways of getting them back.

You need to have the decrypt key from apple which obviously these people got, there was something about it a while back but it's only really intrusive if the decrypt key was leaked but apple change it with every update anyway.
