reccommend me some decent screamo bands please, not like so you can can't understand what they're saying but yeah. i like lostprophets/enter shikari/alexisonfire, if you class that as screamo... but whatever.

So post-hardcore really?
Um,
Thursday, The Blackout, Glassjaw, Funeral For A Friend's first album was quite screamy (or 'argressive vocals' to please Lee if he sees this), We Are The Ocean.
I can't think of much more tbh, I love post-hardcore. I dissapoint myself ;(

Job For A Cowboy is more grindcore tbh. But if we're also recommending 'heavier' screaming, might I also suggest: Bring Me The Horizon, Suicide Silence, Whitechapel, Postmortem Promises

On the first few playthroughs you can't, but once you listen to it more, you can start picking out the lyrics. I can sing along to BMTH, note: sing, not scream :D
But on the newer BMTH songs, Chelsea Smile and The Comedown, there is less screaming and more singing, so perhaps check them out before the first album?

I love BMTH so much. I used to hate them, because of all the girls were like OLI SYKES OMG I WANT TO SEX YOU
But then I listened to them, and I love them. I've played them like 600+ times in two months according to Last.FM, I don't think there's a day where I haven't played the album at least once.
The new stuff is musically better, however I just love all the breakdowns and stuff in the first album.

ohwhutt?! My Favourite pornstar was a sick name =[

http://www.myspace.com/ispystrangers are pretty immense,
erm, Lavondyss, Penknifelovelife, The Blackout, Confide, Circle Takes The Square, Dividing The Line (older stuff), Her Words Kill, Kenai & Open The Skies (Post hardcore), Lower Than Atlantis, A Poetic Yesterday... go on their myspaces and follow their top friends - usually a good way to find music. Then again, they are 2006esque screamo - actual screams & melodies not this BMTH crap :p

Also, try some of the heavier Nirvana stuff - Aneurysm, Negative Creep, Big Cheese, You Know You're Right (kinda).
I am not claiming Nirvana are screamo, just saying you might like them if you like Post Hardcore. That and they were around at the time of the old Screamo/Chaotic scene.

How. How on earth did i forget iSPYSTRANGERS?
AND. You like Lower Than Atlantis? YAY LEE :D

Um, more from me; Breaking The Day and Paige (more pop-punk, but they do scream a little bit)
And I'll ignore the BMTH comment because I know you don't mean it <3
