If you go to the doctors they can give you tablets for them just tell them that they are making you really fed up. They will prescribe them to you for about 6 months and if you want to stay on them you can carry on taking them. I can't remember the name of them right now, Sorry!

Go to your doctor.
My cousin had bad acne and she went to her doctor and they did something (can't remember what lol) and her spots improved. :)

+ make sure you wash your face daily.

Keep washing face and use spot creams/cleansing products such as clearasil and they will eventually go.

When you go to the doctor the only thing they can really do prescribe you is antibiotic tablets or cream, it works for the first few weeks but then you become immune to it.

The only way of getting stronger tablets is to be referred by a doctor to a dermatologist but they normally only do this if you have extremely bad acne.

This is a good site to look at (best blackhead treatments).

Freedom is the best by far but it is quite costly for just a tiny little tube of it!

I read that using soap to wash your face actually gives you spots. An inexpensive way is before bed, wash your face with cold water to open up the pores of your skin and then dry your face. After, put a dab of toothpaste on your spots and rub in only on your spots, not anywhere else as it may encourage the spots to spread. My mate puts TCP on his spots before bed and it was hilarious when we got on the college bus and whenever somebody got on the bus, people were like "WOAH IT SMELLS LIKE A HOSPITAL IN HERE!" In other words, don't use this since it makes you smell of TCP for about 2 days.

Cold water closes the pores. It's hot water/steam that opens them.
edit;; nevermindd. I just read up a little on it and I guess cold water really does open them :P I've always been told to wash with hot water and then cold so it closes the pores..

Clearasil wipes/cream.

Also popping them and then using clearasil helps better. but don't pop ones that aren't ready.

Go to a chemists and get some benzoyl peroxide. When my cousin went to the doctors they just prescribed him some of that but you can buy it in the chemists without prescription.

Wouldn't advise popping any, as it could leave scars.

i've washed my face + put just normal cream on it everyday for 3 years non-stop. I've had like 3 proper spots, and like a few lil dots here n there.

Keep changing the stuff you're using because sometimes your skin gets used to it and it stops working...
Also get Oxytetracycline tablets from the doctor- they take a while to work but they do help after a few months!

TBH I have teenager spots so best thing really:
-Wash your face day & night WITH soap
- Use Clearasil (amazing)
-Go to the doctors (they might have a better solution)
- Go to boots and buy like this strips that you put on your nose and leave them, then take them off and MOST (not all) blackheads come off.

Hope this helps!
