Sleepy Spells ¬¬

Right so sometimes ican be doing something quite happily and normally then the next think im so tired! this lasts for about half an hour then im fine again!. this happens atleast twice a day if not more. It even happened in my english SAT exam. I was literally sprawled across my desk trying to keep my eyes open. any idea what this is or could someone link me to wikipedia? all help +rep xo

maybe going off comp earlier, and resting before you go to bed will help

How old are you? People feel tired alot and have sleepy spells when their pregnant.

All you need to do is walk around when ever you feel tired, don't worry what your teachers says, tell him/her to **** off.

im 14 and i still have my v.. practically 15 though so its deffo not pregnancy!
