Trolling gets you banned from posting

Thats basicly just the same as issueing a temp or perm pan on someones account. The idea of a forum is to post. There is a system in place for people who constanly troll.

maybe a ban for posting that last an hour etc but that would be as far maybe as it would go

a lot of moderators on here can't distinguish trolling from people simply putting their point across, so this would be unfair imo

There needs to be some kind of moderator that's willing to educate them about what trolls are, someone that's either a troll but not on hxf or someone who knows what it is.

I disagree, valid points are usually not affected by troll posts so it's sort of 'natural selection' but on the forum, and with posts.

I think there is a slight harshness here about the moderators. They have a hard job to do and they can only distinguish posts on the evidence placed before them so I think it'd be nice if some of you would cut them a bit of slack as they have a very hard job to do.

As for the idea well as has been mentioned, there are wonderful systems in place to ensure trolls get banned but it is nice to see that you want to introduce a solution to a problem :)
