Just curious and stuff, how old do you have to be to take out a mortgage? also are there any specific things you have to have in order to take one out?
I'm totally clueless haha.

You can get a mortgage when you our 18 years old.

you need to have a stable incolm of enough to make a mortgage viable. and a deposit.

any idea how much the deposit has to be? or does it depend on the mortgage you take out?
