My hand

Well today I punched the back of the front seat in the car (cba to explain why) and its like metal inside and I think I punched it awkwardly and basically my hand feels messed up

I did it at about 1pm today and its still swollen up and there's a small red mark in the middle of the swelling. The pain is unbearable its like an ache which shoots up just above the wrist even when I don't touch it, it aches 24/7. I took painkillers but they have worn off now so I'll take some more before I go to bed. My mum thinks its just bruised but the pain isn't a bruised pain its a bone aching sort of pain like you get sometimes in your legs (well I do anyway :P) but its more painful.

It started itching really badly short while ago and it feels really cold when the rest of my arm on that side is warm :S

Just wondering you think I should stop worrying about it and go with my mum about it being a bruise or you think I should ask my mum to take me to the doctors?

Probably the impact of the punch has caused it to swell, it may be bruised or sprained. Keep ice on it and the swelling should go down, no need to pay a doctor just to tell you the same thing and give you medicine that isn't required. :P Btw, try punching a hole in a kitchen door.. I regret that. :$

It's not broke :P If it was broke you'd be in agony and you wouldn't be able to use the PC the pain will make you feel like collapsing.

a damaged car seat can usually be repaired by using a torx screwdriver, if the frame is damaged you would need to source a new frame or seat.

sore as **** thoughI did something like this a few weeks ago but it wasn't a metal piece I hit, it was a solid wall :P Put ice on it to ease down the swelling :)

god my sisters such a ***** she slapped me for talking during hollyoaks so I said **** off and she squeezed my hand as hard as she could ******* ***** she'd probably of done it if I'd broken my hand or something cos shes mentally ill well I think she is :D

It was the first 2 days I did it, its easing off and only hurts when I touch of try to open bottles etc....

Simple answer really if you can move it then it's probably just bruised if not then get an X-ray to be sure.
