Falling feeling whilst in bed

Isn't it weird when you're sleeping, and you suddenly feel like you've just fell on to your bed, and it wakes you up? I usually get it when i fall in a dream or something. I have no idea how you can actually feel that, cos it literally seems like I've dropped from about a foot above the bed.
I know some people get it and some people don't btw. So you might have no clue what I'm on about ;P

Lol, I get that quiet a lot it's like you're falling back off a cliff then you just wake up really quick sweating then it's so relaxing going back to sleep, haha. :P

i get that alot when i'm drifting off to sleep. i'll suddenly feel like i'm falling off an edge or something and cling onto the side of my bed, and it makes my heart beat go faster. haha. it's creeeeeepy

Yeah, I think the last time I had a dream was like that was when I thought I fell down the stairs. Ages ago though, these days I just dream of fairies, butterflies and tea parties.
