Check it out, if you have a second watch the video.

I think it's pretty good, I saw this the other day on one of my technology blogs I subscribe to.

I'm registered for BETA, so we'll see how it goes ^_^.

I think it will make things pretty easier.

Wow. At first i thought, that looks pretty hard to get the hang of but seeing that person just sit and write out like 2 lines of text, in 30 seconds using it was amazing..

Wow.. Thanks fro posting this and i might sign up for beta. :o

I think once you get used to it, you could go at least 50WPM+.

Might be hard to get used to.

By the way, this is one of the guys who created T9 word :P

Well he said anything with a touch screen it would be coming out on..

Wonder if it will work on my 1997 Windows Mobile.

By the way, this is one of the guys who created T9 word :PThat's not bad to be fair, on a standard qwerty keyboard 80WPM+ is considered very quick.

I'm sure on iPod Touch's and things it's not much above 30WPM

Yeah, my normal computer keyboard average is 108WPM maybe? Not sure.. haven't tested in a while.

Very clever, but I don't think it will work very well. I think it'll need a lot of customization but certainly the idea is very good. It sounds like hard technology to perfect.

I kept looking at the word "Swype" and thinking "Skype" :P It looks interesting, still not too sure how it works but I guess it's something that's easier to do rather than easier to think :P

I noticed that aswell, if they where both USA based (skype is based in london)
there would be a law suit.

I just tested now using Typing Speed application on Facebook 112WPM. I don't think I can do any faster without changing the way I type. But this is cool.

Edit: I'm sure I can type faster with older keyboards, Apple's Aluminum Keyboard is sleak, but doesn't have that same click as the old one did. It's hard to explain, sort of so you can "half type", not really pay attention, just let your fingers go wild. You can't do it on the new one.

Noticed this at school too :P
