Mouth Ulcers

Most of the time I've got atleast one painful ulcer in my mouth. Does anyone know anything which can prevent them from coming?

Salt and water works great, may hurt like hell, but it's worth it! ;)

Go to bed early, and you wont get overtired and get them.
Brush your teeth :} ( That was a joke )

but no seriously, sometimes oulsers come via not going to bed early enough. Like me 1am family guy.

That's has nothing to do with it.
If I bit my lip I'm not going to get an ulcer on my tongue.
