Just finished this layout, everything is temp including the stupid box on the right. Comments?

I like the top, content seems too plain at the moment, but you said that's temporary so I won't say much about that.
Also, I like footers.

Nice. Reminds me of Chico Web Design (http://chicowebdesign.com/). Maybe you should stick with designiner - it looks like it's your thing.

i bet it will be even nicer once you code it after the job you did on my layout damm man i donno why your not make big bucks online coding layouts but no i see you should design and sell layouts man :)
