I want to sync my ipod to a new itunes, but I don't want to lose my application. I've signed in but can't recover my apps.

Any way of doing it?

Dw, it'll transfer over all the apps you have, remember to check sync applications under the applications tab on the page you see when you sync your iPod in.

No but it's on a different computer and my apps aren't on this Itunes.

It says I need to buy them again but I haven't tried.

no, it will say that, but it wont, it will come up with "you have already bought this item, download again?"

Or try check for purchases.

Have you authorized the new iTunes with your Apple account?

Oh, no. Brb doing.

Edit: I hit buy, it says want to buy? I hit it again and then it says commence download of game. I don't know if it's taking my money or not.

Yeah, if you go to the iTunes Store bit on iTunes, you must sign in on your apple account you are using currently on your iPhone/iPod Touch. It allows you to put it on 5 iPod/iPhones before paying more.
