Joomla? help please.

Hey,
i just finished installing joomla and i was woundering if anyone could tell me or help me how intergrading joomla news into my website for the news.
if its posible kinda like cutenews is.

if not can you give me suggestions on another good content manager not cutenews though it hate that program.

i never tried joomla, but i have used PHP-Fusion several times, for clients with no knowledge of coding/cPanel it works great and is highly customizable, i dont have a link but u can google it.
