What do i do if my website has been hacked?

Well if it's the site hosting that's been hacked (cPanel etc) and you can't get into it, I'd contact the hosting ASAP and if you have control of the domain, I'd just redirect it to google temporarily as it's likely your site could be down a while, but I'd probably only redirect if they'd done major damage and they posted inappropriate material.

its hosting and domain, i bought a full package with it all.

contact the hosts you bought it off and ask them to delete the account then renew it

Or ask them to reset the password

Some reason that made me laugh (What they put on there, obv noobs LOL) I would just laugh @ them :P If your details are on the domain (http://whois-search.com/whois/habparkfm.net), contact 1and1

Contact the hosts to change your password or recover the account.

as said above, try contacting the hosts and try resetting your password.

1and1 are usually very quick at replying to support requests. Worth a try.
