Has anyone come across this error before themselves. ad

Fantastico is not installed at the default location /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico. Either move the Fantastico directory from it's current location to /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico OR enable ioncube loaders in WHM -> Tweak settings.

Googles been no real help, nor has there site (it has provided possible things to try, but none have been any help) So while i wait for a lovely support ticket to be awnsered. i'm asking you lot.. and yes ioncube loaders are enabled and all settings are correct.

Try moving the Fantastico directory from it's current location to /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico or just uninstall Fantastico and get Installatron :)

SSH command:

(Copy rather than move just incase it goes wrong)

cp -r /path/to/current/directory/ending/with/fantastico /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico

I considered Installatron, but the idea is the choose something the customer would reconise not what they'd actually need! :D:P

Exactly.

You can advertise Installatron as "including everything Fantastico has plus more blah blah" - works a charm.

Well Fantastico support are useless. All they tell me is what i no... that its not working... now i assumed they they'd find the cause and ether fix or give me a solution, now in fairness they have.. they've told me that somewhere on the server theres ether a file missing or doesn't have the correct permissions

now i'm so glad that they narrowed it down to thousands of files, which might not even be there

It's really not worth the hassle. Installatron has superb support as well.

Have you tried running a basic "Apache Update" through cPanel, restoring PHP to basic settings (as that appears to be failing, so you should try a basic rebuild).
