but this other guy jaime, he asked me out, well he asked me out on friday, and i said no and made up an excuse because i knew my ex would be hanging around there, but he wants me to go to the cinema with him next week, and idk.... i dont really know if i want to go with him because i still like my ex, but me and my ex used to argue alot, but i find it hard to let go of things

Well if your ex still likes you and you still like him, then going out with this other guy and then your ex knowing would probably make him jealous and stuff.. but after all he is your ex so you are free to do what ever you want.
