I always get this message, what do i do?

I connect to itunes and nothing!!

Edit: I believe you have to accept some terms and conditions before doing so?

1. Reauthorize the iTunes account on the computer.

2. You might have to accept some Terms and conditions.

3. If that all fails, google has some good searches for it.

I did that a while back. accpte the new tos that is.

You looked on the Apple Support website? You can submit tickets etc.

On your computer, is your iTunes Store using the store relevant to your location? I.e. if you're in the UK, is it on the UK Store etc?
I had this problem and it seemed to be because of that. :P

Are you on a 3G? Plus, are you unlocked?

Hes on 3G not unlocked, I think hes fixed it though, he was using it fine all week.
